The Guided Light
A gentle audio recording for calm, comfort and restorative
rest
Sometimes you don't need to fix anything.
You simply need somewhere quiet to go.
The Guided light is a gentle guided recording designed to help
you slow down, settle your mind and give yourself permission to rest.
Using a softly guided light as a focus, you'll be taken on a calming journey
through the body. The light becomes a simple anchor for feelings of warmth,
comfort, safety and calm, while carefully woven suggestions encourage you to
be kinder to yourself and take things one moment at a time.
You don't need to visualise anything perfectly. I'll guide you throughout,
allowing you to simply follow the experience at your own pace.
This recording can be particularly comforting during times when life feels
difficult, overwhelming or uncertain, or whenever you simply need a little space
to breathe and reconnect with yourself.
What you may experience

yourself.

fade into the background and continue resting.
Give yourself permission to pause.
Give yourself permission to rest.
Welcome to The Healing Space.
A calming guided audio for overthinking, rumination and an over-busy mind.
Quiet the Noise is designed to help you recognise when useful thinking has turned into a repetitive loop.
You may find yourself replaying conversations, rehearsing future scenarios, analysing what someone said, worrying about what might happen, or simply struggling to switch off.
This recording gently helps you create some space from those thoughts, notice when they are useful, and recognise when it may be time to let them rest.
The aim is not to stop you thinking.
It is to help you become better at choosing when to engage with a thought, when action is needed, and when you can simply let something be.
Use this recording whenever your mind feels particularly busy, or when you would like some time to settle and step away from the mental noise.

Wondering what might change if you began looking after yourself in a way that felt right for you?
Future You is a free guided audio that invites you to pause, imagine the direction you’d like to move in, and take one small step towards it. There’s no demand to have everything worked out. This is simply a place to begin, with curiosity and kindness.
Find somewhere comfortable to listen without interruption. If you enjoy this recording, you can explore the other guided audios in the collection whenever you’re ready.
Looking after yourself rarely starts with one enormous decision. More often, it’s a series of small choices that begin to feel natural over time.
This guided audio invites you to imagine moving forward in a way that suits your life: eating in ways that feel good for you, noticing what helps, and treating yourself with more care along the way. There’s room to be human, to learn, and to begin again whenever you need to.
Find somewhere comfortable to listen without interruption, and return to the recording whenever you’d like to reconnect with that intention.
Sometimes food becomes a way to find comfort after a difficult day. There’s no need to judge yourself for that.
This guided audio invites you to pause and notice what you’re feeling, what you might need, and what choice would feel kind to you in that moment. It’s a gentle way to begin changing your relationship with emotional eating, one choice at a time.
Find a comfortable place where you can listen without interruption. You can return to the recording whenever you’d like some support.
Calm Your Bodyguard is a guided audio designed to help you understand and gently retrain the part of you that may sometimes react too quickly, too strongly, or too often.
Rather than trying to fight anxiety or switch off your protective responses, this recording encourages curiosity, awareness, and a little more space between what happens and how you respond.
You may begin to notice more calm, more choice, and more confidence in deciding what actually needs your attention.
The aim is not to get rid of your bodyguard.
It is to help it relearn.
To become calmer, more accurate, more selective, and better able to recognise when protection is genuinely needed.
This recording is around 20 minutes long and can be listened to whenever you are somewhere safe, comfortable, and free from tasks requiring your full attention.
This recording may be helpful if you find yourself:
overthinking
feeling constantly on alert
struggling to switch off
worrying about what might happen
reacting more strongly than you’d like
wanting more space between a trigger and your response

Cravings can feel urgent, as though you have to act on them straight away. This guided audio gives you a moment to pause, notice what’s happening, and make a choice that feels right for you.
Listen when you have time to sit comfortably and let your attention settle. You can return to it whenever you’d like a little support with cravings or urges around food.
This audio is part of my collection for building a kinder, more comfortable relationship with food.
It can be easy to keep eating while your attention is elsewhere, then realise afterwards that you’d had enough some time ago. This guided audio helps you slow down, notice your own signals of satisfaction, and feel more comfortable deciding when enough is enough.
There are no rules about clearing your plate or getting every choice “right”. This is an invitation to listen to yourself with curiosity and kindness.
Choose a quiet place to listen, and return to the recording whenever you’d like to practise that pause.
